@stevekouleas@WHL has minor for Checking from behind.
Double minor if player getting hit turns at last second, and an injury occurs
Major + GM based on degree of violence at referee discretion or when an injury occurs (no last sec turn).
@expomick Edmonton down 0-3 last year is not the same as this year. They were down 0-3 beacuse they did not play well in those 3 games. This year they have been playing better hockey, but Florida is also better, and seem to be effectively shutting down Edm top players.
@expomick any one suggesting that the Wilson hit was dirty, are just crying because it became the "TSN turning point" of the game. That was all on the poor awareness of the player getting hit. From an @nhlflames fan, that wants Montréal to win.
@expomick@nhlflames MVP was Nazim Kadri. As good as Wolf was all season. Kadri dragged us into wins, and I don't think the Flames are eliminated on game 82, without him. Wolf #2.
@stevekouleas@SiriusXMNHL I'm sorry Kool's, no way the Officials in the 2nd round have a B+ rating. Coming from a @NHLFlames fan watching Canucks/ Oilers - game is the example why we the fans say Refs change the standard for playoffs, while the @NHL says there are no changes.
@expomick can't get through today, lines are jammed. Nice to see Toronto dominating headlines while out of playoffs. Credit to Canucks for not hanging heads. Shilov had some serious luck and U could see his reaction speed is not NHL ready. I expect a DeSmith start game 2 if ready
@wrestlelamia Why not win the Royal Rumble, lose the title match at Wrestlemania, and then Cash in the briefcase, and lose again...or win (my preferred). @WWE either way, it has never happened before and can be the first time ever. Lose twice end of judgment day. Win 2nd attempt JD continues
Man the Refs and Linespersons are not good in the @NHLFlames vs @FlaPanthers. Multiple trips not called against both sides, blatent high sticks missed, and Liney's waving off icing, and then calling icing.
@beeker_16@FriedgeHNIC Actually the Rule is as an attacking player, you can't be in the crease before the puck enters, so they should have just waived off the goal. No real interference.
@NDRedEagle@ScoutingTheRefs Travis has it right.
3- Initial contact is not the head, but shoulder, but contact finished in the head (elbow) due to Laine lowering his whole body, desperately trying to score an empty net goal. If dept of PS uphold the major, automatic 1 game, My guess is a 2nd game is added.
@HockeyDaily365 That's a tripping penalty at best. Leg never deviates, aka, he didn't stick his leg out at last second to make contact. Contact is NOT made to the knee, but skates. His glide stays on rails through the entirty of that video. I would have called a tripping penalty in real time.
