@lufthansa why is it that you charge extra book a seat closer to the front of the cabin. I paid a small fortune for this. Then you change my seat to the back of the plane. How is this right? How do I get a refund!!! This really is not acceptable

@lufthansa @lufthansa, that is outright theft. Not only is the seat not the same, being a middle seat compared to an aisle seat, but your policy is misleading and extortion. This just shows poor customer service in every respect. Shame on @lufthansa

Can @lufthansa please advise why my seat reservation which I paid an extra 61euro has not been reserved for me on Edelweiss flight from Zurich to Cape Town (flight LX1681). It is outrageous to take money for a reserved seat then give it to someone else.
