@sainsburys delivery due today 8.30, problem with payment but card and funds fine. Been on hold since 7.30am , careline cuts call customer service cuts call - I need to leave home at 10am - both Twitter chat and messaging tell me to please wait in- well I can’t - sort this out .

But now you have to load your nectar prices each week a serious problem!!!

@nectar so now you have to login to get your nectar prices however app logs me out after every use and then I have to change my password as it doesn’t recognise me . To change the password needs to open an email for a code that then shuts the nectar app, passcode then invalid 😡

Done that a million times - been on online chat over and over and on calls - honestly been fighting for about 3 years , actually run out of passwords to change…. 😡

@AmazonHelp expecting a parcel- at home , ring doorbell, get message driver has left your package with a neighbour, I live in a block of 48 flats. Called Amazon I either have to knock on all 48 or wait to see if they bring it to me. Courier doesn’t remember which number it was!!!

@morgansindallc - disgusting service from your repairs at Waltham Forest today - . Been waiting a month as a tenant to fix a broken waste pipe, sink out of complete action , 5 plumber/ 1 builder and a contracted already attended , today helpdesk put the phone down on me 🤬

@sainsburys absolutely furious- £100 of online shopping ordered for between 8.30 - 9.30 am today - email confirmation is all in stock, just recieved a call from a store nowhere near where I live saying we will not be sending your shopping as we do not have a driver - 😡

@VeryHelpers - just had a delivery marked as handed to resident( me) , no parcel, a neighbour then knocked and said it was just thrown in the road? Really - how are Yodel allowed to get away with this? Over £200 in the order. Bloody fuming 😡

@sainsburys I am trying to check out an online order and I just keep getting this message? No explanation of what the product is to remove it. Also tried on an iPad and there’s no checkout button. Getting concerned as order due tomorrow
