@VodafoneQatar Home internet signed 6.Jan. Wifi did not work,they came to our house 5 times without success, we canceled and moved to Ooredoo. Now been told that we need to return 2 devices but only got 1 otherwise contract keeps going. What trick is that to make extra money?

@IKEAQatar very unhappy with the service. Waited on Saturday 12pm for the promised delivery. After calling we were told it would come at 6pm. No one came. Called again: sorry, delivery will come tomorrow. Waited the entire day at home, no one came. Called again today. No answer!

@CBQat 3 months ago I raised a complaint about a credit card fraud that happened with my Diners Card. I was told it takes 90 days to solve it and get a refund. 90 days are over and still no reply? Not happy with your services at all! Is this what you call customer service?
