Be honest with yourself and find what works for your weekly schedule. Results are a product of consistency. It doesn’t have to be a lot, but it does have to be consistent!

I once had a coach that would always say failing to prepare was the same as preparing to fail. Having a plan of action helps give you direction and ensures that you don’t get lost along the way
1)Find a training style you genuinely enjoy doing!
The person that enjoys the process will go further and achieve more than the person that only enjoys the outcome. Doesn’t matter if it’s weightlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, or running, find something you actually enjoy doing
