Sales rep confirmed a 2nd SIM card would be accommodated by the phone, made no mention of the phone needing to be unlocked before it would be functional in another country. This practice was misleading, at best, as well as disruptive on multiple fronts. How do we fix this??

A new iPhone PURCHASED 4 DAYS EARLIER stops working in a foreign country.

Attempts to reach out for help prove futile. Meanwhile my daughter is now mostly incommunicado, on the other side of the world unable to use GPS, internet or call in an emergency.

@michele_norris Homemade Rice Krispies Treats made w/good butter, browned in the pan, about 50% more than the called for by the recipe, & 1/2 c. more Rice Krispies than called for & a handful of black sesame seeds added to the mix. Sometimes I spread a little peanut butter before I eat it.
