A PRAYER FOR FATHERS

King of kings, on this day, we bring all fathers into Your loving hands.

Thank You for the gift of fatherhood and for the responsibility You have entrusted to them. Bless every father with wisdom, strength, patience, and faith as they lead and care for their families.

Father, grant them the grace to be men of integrity, compassion, and courage.

Fill their hearts with peace when they are burdened, hope when they are discouraged, and joy as they witness the growth and success of their children.
Protect every father from harm, temptation, sickness, and discouragement.

Strengthen those who are working tirelessly to provide for their families, and open doors of provision, promotion, and financial stability. May the work of their hands prosper, and may they lack no good thing according to Your riches in glory.

We also pray for fathers who are facing challenges of sickness , grieving, unemployment or separated from their families. Comfort them, restore them, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength.

Heal broken relationships between fathers and their children, bringing forgiveness, reconciliation, and renewed love.

We have prayed all this through the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

As I was doing my 10kms today morning, I was thinking about the 80 years old man who just did the Comrades race yesterday ( 87kms )

Of course I can give excuses like the guy must be going under water, he is lucky, without his mother, he wouldn’t have managed, there is a rumor that one of his muscles forged and etc.

Reality is I need to invest in the time and I can also do it!
