@MenInBlazers I swear Arsenal can be so fricking boring. Hardly looks like a team with the energy and/or creativity to win a championship. I had to turn it off at the 60 minute mark. Please wake me and the Arsenal players up when it’s over.
@MenInBlazers@PrizePicks Hope you can spend some time explaining why the US looks so much slower and less athletic than Jamaica. Fortunately, they are not very good at football.
@MenInBlazers@WomensGameMIB@sammymewy How refreshing to hear postgame comments from an actual coach. Emma Hayes actually discussed the realities of the performance, both good and bad, without just giving a bunch of vanilla, canned coaching media blurbs. Very excited for the women’s program moving forward.
@Everton This is the best thing about big-time sport or celebrity, taking time to provide joy, hope and strength to the people who are in need of it. More, more, more!
@MenInBlazers The McKennie signing is a cool story but I’m not sure how it helps Leeds. He’s closer to being another defensive midfielder than an attacking influence. Still hope the boys can turn it around.
@MenInBlazers Marsch simply got out managed. Once Cooper made the adjustment to take away the space to attack down the flank Leeds offered no response. They kept trying to force it down the flank and ceded possession. Worse yet, they have no creative or dangerous attacking option centrally.
@Dgolden811 @MenInBlazers Exactly. Im not expecting Wright to score. But you have got to at least show for the ball and hold on to it if you have been put out there specifically to help kill the game.
@USMNT@Visa Wasted opportunity. US should have been expecting Wales to push forward in the second half and been excited to counter with speed for a second goal. Instead we looked lazy, slow, gassed and naive. Soaking up pressure for 45 minutes is not a good strategy.
As people enjoy their pregame today before the MBB teams @iwusports and @wabashathletics play for the Final 4 remember this should be a proud moment for both schools. Cheer hard for your team and create a vibrant and POSITIVE atmosphere these student-athletes will never forget!
The Shirk Center will be absolutely bananas tomorrow night for the elite eight game between Illinois Wesleyan and Wabash at 7:30 pm. Wabash had a great crowd so Titans need to turn out! All tickets are general admission and go on sale at 5:30 PM.
@MenInBlazers @SpotifyGrnroom Thank God Brian Ruiz is older than Count Chocula. Would anyone honestly be excited to see the US play like this in a World Cup? We can’t afford to have players figuring out how to play AND a coach learning how to manage. Through six games no development of a tactical approach.
