And now you have cancelled 2 prescriptions that were for collection from my local pharmacy that were raised on the 19th after I rang to ask when they would be ready. Unbelievable
@wellpharmacy for the 3rd time in the last 2 months I have run out of medication that is considered harmful if you stop suddenly, and yet I have stopped suddenly because my order still hasn’t been posted 11 days after the prescription was received. Shambolic service
@GingerLiesl @SueJ1973 Because the rail service was cheap and reliable before privatisation?
The issue is our rail infrastructure and the fact that train drivers are paid more than brain surgeons
@O2 This is Norwich city centre, 5G is broadcast but you can never get any data through it, and I mean never since it was rolled out, not just me but everyone I know who is with O2 have the same issue
@O2 That’s a joke right? I pay you for 150gb of data a month, but your solution to 5G never working is to use public unsecured WiFi to use my phone.
Your 5G network is a sham, it never works
@MartinSLewis Octopus energy tried to put my DD up before the winter despite me being in credit by over £400, claiming that wouldn’t be enough to get me through the winter. I refused, kept it the same and what a surprise I am still £350 in credit!
@RoyalMailHelp You are missing the point here, your delays are resulting in people missing urgent hospital appointments that are putting their health at risk as well as lengthening hospital waiting lists. What are you doing to address that?
@RoyalMail so today I received a hospital appointment letter dated 12th March for an appointment on the 26th March…that’s right yesterday! What sort of service is this? Apparently missed appointments cost the NHS £180, maybe you should be covering that?
@bt_uk I’ve been a BT/EE TV customer now for 4 years, I have the VIP package. I have been enable to get the TNT Sports Ultimate channel and was told that it was because my BB speed was too low. I have since been upgraded to full fibre but still cannot access that channel 1/2
@bt_uk It really is appalling that the onus is always on the customer, 3 hours J spent on the phone to you only to be cut off, yet you then close my complaint and I have to start the whole process again. You make it impossible to get issue fixed!
@bt_uk That is what I did and they opened a complaint. And guess what I just received a SMS to inform me that my complaint has been closed because you have not heard back from me. Surely the onus is on you to get back to me with a resolution not for me to contact you!!!
Over 3 hours on the phone, I was then told that in order to get it I would have to change my TV package, so start a brand new contract and pay an extra £8 a month…for a channel that was included in my original package. How can this be right?
@JosephNS8@Iromg Not sure what is more shocking, your grasp of the English language or the fact that you believe that there are no Christmas lights every year in London
