In grade school, we had to write to somebody famous. I wrote Pres. Nixon to express my fear of the war shown on the news each night.

Change the names/dates in his reply and it could have been written by every President since.

On the FIRST day of the new GOP-controlled Congress, a 78-year-old chose their Speaker, an 81-year-old GOP rep. fell down the stairs and a 91-year-old GOP sen. is now 3rd in line to the presidency.

This after an election where 'age' was a 'top concern' for voters🙄.

@AndrewMayne I think your article is based on a lot of wishful thinking; e.g., all the current human jobs will somehow be replaced with whole new jobs. However, no reason to assume those new jobs could not also be done by AI+robotics.

I do not believe in the mirage of voters who voted the whole down ballot Dem but also voted Trump.
