Never mistake the kindness, mercy, and patience of Jesus for weakness.

John called Him “the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” — John 1:29

Jesus willingly laid down His life for us. He could have called more than twelve legions of angels, but He chose the cross. That wasn’t weakness. That was love.

And the Lamb is also the Lion.

“Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda… hath prevailed.” — Revelation 5:5

Jesus is coming again.

Paul tells us that when the Lord descends from heaven, the dead in Christ will rise, and believers who remain will be “caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air.” — 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17

Revelation gives us another incredible picture of the returning Christ: heaven opens, Jesus rides forth as Faithful and True, and “the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses.” — Revelation 19:11–14

Who exactly makes up those armies is interpreted differently by Christians. What Scripture makes unmistakably clear is who leads them and who wins the victory: Jesus Christ—the King of kings and Lord of lords.

And Jesus told us to be ready.

“Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.” — Matthew 24:42

So don’t wait for tomorrow to choose Jesus.

Choose today.

You don’t have to clean yourself up first. You don’t have to earn your way to Him. We have all sinned and fallen short, but “the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” — Romans 6:23

Jesus already paid the price.

Turn to Him. Believe in Him. Repent and follow Him. Give Him the life you could never make perfect on your own.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” — Romans 10:13

You may not know what tomorrow holds. None of us do. But you can know who holds you today.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time to come to Jesus, this is your invitation.

And if today is the day you choose Jesus—welcome to the family. Welcome, soldier. ❤️‍🔥

Congratulations. You didn’t join an army that fights people. You joined a Kingdom that fights darkness with truth, prayer, faith, the Gospel, and love.

I went digging in the Act Blue data to see what kind of smurfing was going on in New Mexico.

Someone in El Prado has a total donation amount of $417,438. Making 3,682 individual donations ranging from $1-$24,535.

Someone in Alto donated a total of $277,014. Making 2844 individual donation’s ranging from -$100-$4801.

Someone in Albuquerque donated a total of $333,126. Making 1255 individual donation’s ranging from -$300-$6600.

The oath we took was unconditional.

That’s why it’s called service and sacrifice.

The mission comes first. The standards come first. Wearing the uniform is a privilege, and not everyone gets to do it.

If you put that uniform on, you’re making a commitment to give this country everything it asks of you and to carry out the lawful orders of the President and your chain of command.

If you’re not willing to do that, then get out.

Thankful we have leaders again who are willing to say this out loud, hold the standard, and get our military dialed back in on what it exists to do: fight and win our nation’s wars.
