@JimfromOldham@UKLabour In 2010 our rivers were the cleanest they had been in over 200 years. Now, after 13 years of Tory environmental policy they are open sewers. No river in the uk is safe to swim; ancient aquatic ecosystems are gone forever. The loss is immeasurable

@johnt1981198671@IsabelOakeshott Traffic pollution targets more of the poor working class than the ulez charge ever will. The wealthy don't have to live with the consequences of their toxic emissions
@moomoo_captain@IsabelOakeshott People have a choice as to whether they travel on the tube. Few londoners have a choice over the air pollution they are exposed to from traffic
@moomoo_captain@IsabelOakeshott ULEZ aims to reduce particulates, NOx and hydrocarbon emissions which are harmful to human health. CO2 emissions are not part of the ULEZ policy and they are not tested for in an MOT
@HamiraSultan@LisaTrickett41@WMPolice Unfortunately the police only take an interest when someone is killed or injured. Dangerous driving is decriminalised in Kings Heath which is why we see it constantly
@LBC@DavidLammy Osborne damaged this country with austerity and opened the door to brexit and right wing populism. If a few bits of orange paper are the worst consequence for him he's got off lightly
