@virginmedia So, so bad. Upgraded to TNT Sports 5 days ago but channels weren’t enabled. Tried web chat today to ask ‘why’? Spent 60mins in the queue then 90 mins actually with a real person. BUT - then got message at 6pm saying they couldn’t work out what was wrong ….. 1/2
