"First Round's On Me"
A noir-esque shootout, moments after everything went wrong. From left to right, we have Detective Jack Sterling, chasing a cold case with ties to the mob, -
"New Prospects"
A project from my class from several months ago, featuring two characters travelling to a new city. This one was an interesting challenge, partly cause I started over like 3 times, haha. Definitely among my favorite work I've made so far.

Hey Y'all, sorry for the sudden disapearance, had a crazy few months. Hope to get back to sharing some of my classwork, and if we are lucky, maybe some of my own projects if I have the willpower

My word was Scnapsidee, or booze idea. It literally just means "An idea so bad, it only sounds reasonable to those who are drunk", so I decided to show a cast of 5 college students of every walk of life in a beaten up truck, flying over a bottomless gorge, fleeing from the police
Schnapsidee - Drunk Idea - "The Last Night of Summer"
For my final project from my previous class, we were asked to create an illustration around a single word prompt. #rmcad#illustration#digitalillustration
Thalassophobia is fear of the sea, which involves many fears like fear of the dark and fear of the unknown.
I also took heavy inspiration from the japanese folktale of the Umibozu that is said to cause sailors to go missing at sea as they are dragged to their deaths
"Strangers at sea" or "Thalassophobia"

the 3rd piece I created for my illustration course, we were prompted to create an illustration themed around a phobia of our choosing. I decided on Thalassophobia.

Years ago before I started my game I was in a drawing class with Tim Mcburnie. I was just drawing characters and weapons for a setting with no real idea what I was going to do with them.
One day there was a dude there who was talking to Tim about his OC's and all his ideas and then he asked to see his drawings but he didn't have any, then he asked if had written anything and he said no. All he had was short biographies of like 200 characters. He said he was an ideas guy and he'd get other people to draw and write for him.
Tim stopped him there and told him no one gives a fuck about his ideas. Cut it down to like 10 characters, learn to write or draw and that's how you make people give a shit. Everyone has ideas. Ideas are free and easy but the hard part is actually getting off your ass and making them.
Even though he was talking to someone else that was what I needed to hear and kicked me up the ass to get my shit together and make something.
Another time a guy told him he wanted to do comics because he liked drawing characters and he told him that you should also like drawing garbage cans and streetlamps too because that's what you're gunna be spending most of your time doing.
If you're reading this then this is your motivation to get off your ass and start making the thing you wanna make
A portrait of my brother
For my 3rd major oroject in life drawing II, I was told to make a self portrait. However, since I already made one for my Life drawing I class, I decided to do the next best thing and drew my brother.
