My wife & I went to dinner last night.
I could tell right away our waitress was new & nervous.
I got my entree & it wasn't what I ordered.
I never got the soup I ordered.
My wife's drink showed up after dinner.
I didn't send the food back, complain about not getting soup, or whine about my wife's drink.
I said to my wife my hearts so full of gratitude to be at a dinner with you (who I love so much after 12 years) while our kids are at their grandparents that love them so much -- I just can't complain about anything.
If the worst thing that happens today is I ate chicken Alfredo instead of Mediterranean chicken & saved calories not getting soup..... I live an extremely blessed life.
Years ago, I would have been angry about this.
I would have GIVEN AWAY MY POWER & allowed it to ruin the night.
Instead, I said to my wife (taking extreme ownership) it's my bad I'll point to my item next time & ensure we have it right.
We tipped well & left.
Gratitude is a CHOICE.
Being KIND is a CHOICE.
Being peaceful is a CHOICE.
I'm at a place in my life I can't fathom letting minor inconvenience destroy my peace.
I recommend you get to this place too.
1) Lots of internal work.
2) Lots of gratitude.
3) Lots of Jesus.
Is my formula.
Life's pretty good here.
Go have a blessed day & don't allow minor inconveniences to derail your peace & joy!
Illinois 2024 or Illinois 2022 - which election was cleaner?
Unite4Freedom’s methodology and analysis of Illinois voter data, the numbers moved in the wrong direction.
In 2022, they reported about 590,000 unique votes impacted by apparent voting violations.
In 2024, that number grew to more than 1 million unique votes they claim were prohibited by law.
The report also points to 56,164 more votes counted than voters recorded as voting in 2024, compared to 27,491 in 2022.
Their conclusion?
The problems didn’t get smaller - they got bigger.
Whether you agree with the findings or not, one thing is clear:
Election systems should be transparent enough that every eligible voter can trust the outcome.
Trust requires verification.
And verification requires access to the data.
Transparency isn’t partisan. It’s the foundation of confidence.

🚨 Pritzker just dropped $2.5 BILLION on free housing, Medicaid & EBT cards for illegals…
But Illinois “can’t afford” basic infrastructure deals or tax certainty for the Bears?
Meanwhile, Gov. Braun (R-IN) put Indiana first and got the team.
Pritzker put illegals first.
Keep voting Democrat, Illinois. You’re getting exactly what you voted for.

Add bone broth to your routine this week.
One to two cups daily is one of the most nourishing and underused whole food habits I recommend.
Here is what it gives you:
- Glycine: supports liver detoxification, improves sleep quality, and reduces inflammation.
- Collagen: rebuilds gut lining, joint cartilage, and skin structure.
- Minerals: magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus in bioavailable form.
- Gelatin: supports digestion and gut barrier integrity.
This is ancestral nutrition backed by modern biochemistry. Most people are chronically deficient in glycine because they only eat muscle meat.
Junk in - Junk Out...
The argument in the article below collapses under the weight of basic data integrity.
No serious election-validity data professional looks at America’s voter rolls — riddled with duplicates, stale registrations, missing fields, bad addresses, dead voters, impossible histories, and inconsistent state formats — and says, “Great, let’s build a national voter database out of this.”
That is absurd.
There is a reason data people say: junk in, junk out.
Dirty voter rolls are not the foundation for a trusted federal database. They are the evidence that the current system is broken and must be independently examined.
So when activists claim that people asking for voter-roll data are secretly trying to build a national “surveil-and-purge” machine, they are not making a serious data argument. They are fear-baiting. Worse, they are pretending that verification itself is dangerous.
It is not.
Data access is not the same thing as database control.
Verification is not the same thing as surveillance.
List maintenance is not the same thing as voter suppression.
And exposing dirty rolls is not “casting doubt” on elections — dirty rolls are what cast doubt on elections.
Federal election law already requires accurate voter rolls, record retention, and lawful election administration. The DOJ says it is seeking voter-roll production to ensure transparency, voter-roll maintenance, and secure elections. The ACLU/Common Cause side claims this is illegal federal overreach and a privacy threat. That dispute can be litigated. But the public should not be manipulated into believing that asking for the records needed to test accuracy is automatically a plot to “silence voters.”
The real question is simple:
Why are the same people who insist the rolls are clean so terrified of anyone checking them?
If the records are accurate, verification proves it.
If they are not accurate, the public deserves to know.
Either way, hiding the data does not protect democracy.
It protects the narrative.

The Great Election Experiment of 2026 is officially underway
...and we are watching two completely opposite paths unfold in real time.
As we posted about yesterday, on one side 19 states have now passed explicit bans to completely block Ranked-Choice Voting (RCV) from their elections.
At the same time - this week, Washington, D.C. is preparing to deploy RCV for the first time in its high-stakes June 16 primary.
We are looking at a massive, structural divergence in how Americans vote. Half the country is legally locking down traditional plurality voting, while major urban centers are lean-shifting into automated elimination rounds and secondary-choice transfers.
Ranked-Choice Voting moves away from a transparent, easy-to-verify process and moves toward a centralized "black box" algorithm.
By eliminating local precinct tallies and forcing complex multi-round software sorting, RCV makes elections harder to audit which will fuel more distrust.
We need to move as a country toward an election standard that is auditable and transparent.
The only way to restore faith in our election system is to provide clear results that can be proven.

Any Senator who is complicit in preventing Trump from making recess appointments should be primaried and fired. @SenateGOP
Including @HawleyMO and everyone else who “gavels in” to stop recess appointments.
Remove. Every. RINO.
🚨 NOW: Rep. Tim Burchett sounds the alarm that Senate GOP leadership might be PURPOSEFULLY SLOW-WALKING the SAVE America Act — waiting to pass it, or vote on it, when it can't be implemented in time
"Something like 80% approval. And yet you can't even get it to a vote in the Senate. I just don't buy it, folks."
"I've got a sneaking suspicion that they'll probably attempt to pass it or pass it so late in the dadgum game that it can't get implemented."
"And then they can go home and say, oh look, we passed it and everybody will be celebrating patting them on the back."
"Then it just cannot get implemented at the state and local level in time for it to have any effect in these elections."
"And ultimately, I think that's what you've got. And I'm afraid in the Senate leadership, they have such a hatred of Trump and the conservative movement."
"They want things to go back to the status quo, which is them being called from the golf course by the Democrats when it's time to make a vote!"
LET'S KEEP FIGHTING.
Dear Senator Hawley,
You have betrayed us……
We thought for sure you were going to help us drain the swamp and carry out the mandates we brought forth when electing Trump.
On Memorial Day 2026, while the rest of America paused to honor the fallen who died defending our freedoms, you chose to gavel in a meaningless pro forma Senate session and then gavel it right back out. A 30 second ritual that accomplished exactly nothing except one thing: deliberately blocking President Trump from making a single recess appointment.
You personally stood in the way of the American people’s mandate.
We voted. We won. We gave President Trump the White House, we gave Republicans the Senate, and we sent a clear message……drain the swamp, confirm the loyalists, and move at warp speed to repair what the last four years destroyed.
Instead, you and the rest of the Senate club decided the dusty old rulebook matters more than the will of the voters who handed you the majority.
By keeping the Senate “technically in session” through sham pro forma meetings, you stripped the President of a constitutional tool specifically designed to bypass obstruction like this.
Do you understand what that means, Senator?
It means qualified America First nominees, judges, ambassadors, agency heads, and military leaders remain stuck in limbo while the same entrenched bureaucrats who sabotaged Trump the first time continue holding power. It means the deep state gets more time to resist, delay, leak, obstruct, and laugh at the voters who believed change was finally coming.
It means Americans are once again being told their landslide victory was meaningless because the Senate has “traditions.”
You ran on fighting the swamp. You wrote books about it. You raised your fist outside the Capitol with the rest of us.
Now you’re the one holding the gavel that keeps the swamp alive.
We are not disappointed, Senator Hawley.
We are furious.
You didn’t have to take that presiding slot. You didn’t have to participate in the ritual protecting the establishment from the very change Americans demanded. But you did.
Every day those positions remain unfilled is another day the agenda Americans voted for is delayed.
This is not “procedure.”
This is betrayal dressed up in a suit and tie.
The swamp does not drain itself. It requires leaders willing to confront a broken system instead of protecting it under the banner of “tradition.” Right now, you are choosing the institution over the people who elected you.
We expected better from you.
We still want to believe you are not just another suit who talks tough on Fox News and then folds the moment Senate leadership whispers “tradition.”
Prove us wrong.
Demand these pro forma charades end immediately. Demand recess appointments be allowed so President Trump can govern at the speed this moment requires. Stand in that chamber and publicly call out the hypocrisy.
Because if you don’t, the answer to the question “What did Josh Hawley do on Memorial Day 2026?” will be simple:
He helped keep the swamp alive.
We’re watching.
We’re angry.
And we will remember.
Sincerely,
We the Disappointed, Disgusted, and Determined Trump Voters
The American Majority You Were Elected to Serve
RINO of the Day award goes to Senator Josh Hawley of Mo.
He presided over today’s Pro-Forma session blocking President Trump from making any recess appointments.
I previously erroneously stated it was Senator Joni Ernst. She presided over the previous Pro-Forma session.
Celebrate and remember our fallen warriors today - enjoy the freedoms they fought for - live a life that is worthy of their sacrifice.
