@jay8161976 Working families “party” candidates should’ve been kicked off the ballot in 2023. They’re Democrats and they said so themselves in their own commercial at the time.
@mindyisser That’s a tall order knowing the left blocks you for having the slightest difference in opinion. Good luck trying to expand your echo chamber.
@joanne59178 I didn’t hear any ideas to address the problem in her rant. Maybe because Council wasted time and resources on irrelevant things like anti-ICE legislation.
@750EaglePrime@JohnnyWalsh__ “Raise property taxes” is hysterical remembering how outraged people were a few years ago when their tax bills went up significantly due to assessments.
@1957Falcon@FoxNews Helen Gym would’ve been a terrible mayor, but I distinctly remember Cherelle asking her what taxes she would raise to pay for her progressive agenda during a primary debate. Now Cherelle is here imposing a new tax.
@MarkFusetti Many school district employees don’t live in Philadelphia and >50% of city property taxes are allocated to the district. Let’s start there.
@NeDegenerate If I remember correctly city school district employees are not required to live in Philadelphia, thus their suburb property taxes don’t fund their budget.
@Thisnameworks23@MarkFusetti Andy did an interview with 6abc about Septa back in August thinking he was all that. Looks like he’s homeless so he should find a new barber.
@BroadStBrkDown@Phillies Not sure why he’s still employed as the hitting coach after the 2024 and 2025 collapses. No reason why 43/46 innings are scoreless this year.
@billfish215@mr_saltz I think he wants the city to hire more cops even though it would cost more when you incorporate things like salary, pension and health benefits.
@harlanrosen If Mrs. Amerisourcebergen was mayor she would’ve spent city funds on irrelevant things for her progressive agenda & leave nothing for snow removal.
