@NYCEMSwatch Actually SOD remained post merger for a little while until they folded under the FDNY SOD. MERVs are still in use as well as MICU units and Recovery units designed to be used by FFs during large scale incidents in inclement weather

oh and while i'm at it, those people screaming about what Trump says... don't take it to heart. Remember he's a business man not a politician. He knows how to make threats of changes in order to influence prices and opinion. It's like yelling at a car dealer because of a car sale

after all, you don't see straight ppl putting flags up promoting their own choices. Personal choice is just that and has no place in government. You can support rights and choices all you want, a flag doesn't do anything more than antagonize haters.

OK I'm gonna just say this... Pride flags have no place in the federal govt or in their buildings. It isn't anti LGBTQ, it's professionalism and personal choice separation. Govt represents everyone, like it or not and a flag shouldn't matter.

@Laphin yes it happens sometimes... i'm not sure if it's the shading or the coloration but i've seen a sketch ruined by color and i've also seen the opposite..... it's weird but I think it depends on the artist.

just found out my brother had a massive heart attack and was brought back from the brink. he's doing mostly well but sore as can be expected, but I also found out my Niece passed away in her sleep the other night also. This isn't an easy start for the new year i'm afraid :(
