@VerizonSupport I’d rather do this publicly so everyone knows how to handle this. I’ve called both of the tech support phone numbers in this picture multiple times in the last twenty minutes and been shuffled to a generic account info menu that won’t give me a person.

@JasonRomano I also found out that a friend I’d known for 10+ years is actually my third cousin. His grandfather saw him share a post about our baby and realized our families are connected.

@AmazonHelp Maybe can explain how a package can go from “out for delivery at 12:19pm with a delivery window by 2:30pm, to by 3pm, to by 3:30pm and now it’s 9pm and nowhere in sight. 2 hours to 8.5 hours seems like a big difference.
