Immune to the system's brainwashing, manipulation, coercion, exploitation and control. Independent research, common sense, and intuition nullify propaganda.
I don't want Bovaer in my milk.
I don't want folic acid in my flour.
I don't want fluorine in my drinking water.
I don't want palm oil in my chocolate.
I don't want margarine in my cakes.
I don't want my fruit and veg sprayed with glyphosate.
I don't want my apples coated with Apeel.
I don't want my fish and chips cooked in veg oil.
I don't want crappy processed mayo on my burger.
I don't want roast spuds out of a freezer.
I don't want non-grass-fed beef.
I don't want farmed salmon.
I don't want GMO garbage.
... so I don't consume any of these products.
How sad we allow clowns to fcuk around with our food and drink in this way though. 🤦♂️
Seems to me that over time we have managed to allow the worse people imaginable to get into positions where they can do the most damage.
Some of these people are simply brainwashed slaves of the 'liberal' agenda that has been playing out for over a century, whilst others are just people who seek to service their own greed and/or lust for power.
None of our 'services' do what they say on the tin any more:
The 'health service' is run by people who know nothing about health, many of whom are the most unhealthy individuals imaginable.
The 'police service' is run by people who don't think catching criminals is a priority ... they'd rather go around arresting people for expressing their views on Facebook.
The 'government' is run by corrupt, self-promoting, clueless clowns who wreck everything they touch and squander our wealth on insane policies such as 'net zero', funding foreign wars, promoting mass illegal immigration, and taxing those they represent into poverty.
'Academia' was hijacked decades ago and is now run by fools who spend more time worrying about things such as DEI, sustainability, and 'woke' policies than they do about imparting knowledge.
The 'education system' in general doesn't educate, it indoctrinates.
The 'justice system' is often completely unjust.
... and so on ....
We are where we are because 'the system' ensures few 'good guys' ever make it into positions of power. Those who do are either taken out, discredited, or taken into a dark room and told how things are going to be ... 'or else'.
The sad thing is that a huge percentage of the population conspire to support this madness. They have been seduced into believing that to be seen as a 'good person', they have to comply with bullshit. Because of the level of compliance, the bullshit is allowed to perpetuate and the shysters running the whole shit show continue to laugh at us and get away with their nonsense.
Something that did no good whatsoever but did untold harm to millions of people ... and the debate is about an overstatement of success by a rigged 'Inquiry'. 🤦♂️
This is exactly how it works in the NHS, Mandy. Don't conflate or confuse acute cardiac care in the NHS, which is brilliant, with the over-prescription of allopathic drugs for people who don't need them and the damage they cause in the 'chronic' sense. Cholesterol does not cause heart disease. If someone has a heart attack, it has nothing to do with their cholesterol. Hence there is no justification to prescribe a drug that obliterates its production in the body and causes untold damage. If you don't believe that 'Big Pharma', as you call it, has control over every aspect of NHS policy, then you are delusional. Pharma controls everything, from the training (indoctrination) of our healthcare professionals, the medical and nutritional literature, research funding, the policy decisions made by bodies such as the GMC, the JCVI, government, etc., to the massive marketing machine it uses to peddle its products via the mainstream media and via quota incentives at the grassroots level. This is why the health of the nation is as it is ... and nothing will change until more people wake up to this reality. Best wishes.
Your body; do what you like.
History tells us, however, that messing around with natural body function (when we don't have a clue about the interconnected variables affected by such tampering), generally ends in tears.
The 'serious internal battle' you mention, Ivan, is a common phenomenon and is a very real manifestation of endocrine imbalance that can easily be addressed by minor lifestyle changes in most cases, once one understands the hormones involved and the natural mechanisms and actions that will correct matters.
I regularly help people who struggle with weight and cravings and a question I often get from them is 'why didn't my doctor offer me this route?' The fundamental reason is that the allopathic medical system is not about health, it is about maximising profit for shareholders ... hence why marketing budgets of pharmaceutical companies are invariably larger than their concomitant R&D spends. This powerful weapon has been used to convince both you and the MD who prescribed you a GLP-1 drug that a 'quick fix' is a wonderful solution to your unease around food; now all of your food-related issues are over and you want to tell the world.
Deciding to embrace any allopathic intervention should always involve a risk versus reward analysis; the problem with GLP-1 drugs is that one element of this calculation is fraught with potential unknowns: nobody actually knows what these drugs will do to the holistic health of those who take them over time.
There are people in extreme circumstances who may benefit from messing about with GLP-1 because it may be the lesser of 2 evils for them; I would suggest you are not one such person, however. So you have gambled that the known joy of leaving half a plate of food because you feel satisfied, outweighs an unknown risk. As well as being a health consultant, I am a mathematician, and I can assure you that this would never be a bet I would place given that the stakes are so high and that I know how to naturally find the same 'joy' with no downside risk whatsoever (and I speak from experience).
As I said at the start, it is your prerogative to do what you want with your body but, sadly, it is obvious to me that you are treading a very dangerous path that is clearly covered in roses in your mind at the moment but that may not remain so as time plays out.
I wish you well anyway, sir.
I would suggest you have not spent 20 years watching cholesterol destroy arteries. You may well have watched arteries being destroyed and you will certainly have found cholesterol amongst the debris, but you have the wrong suspect in the dock as the cause of the carnage; the cholesterol is at the scene trying to keep people alive, not trying to kill them, and it gets to that scene by hitching a ride with LDL.
It's not difficult to work out that cholesterol and LDL are not the bad guys in the story of heart disease ... if I was able to do it, I am sure you could if you put your mind to it. It is also not difficult for anyone who thinks critically to understand why the likes of Eli Lilly would rather you didn't bother.
Mark is a great guy who suffered a heart attack in similar circumstances to me and who is now doing what he can to expose the corruption in the world of allopathic medicine and various other areas of health and nutrition.
I was very fortunate to be part of the 'seed group' from which 'HealthTruth' has now grown and, at its core, will be an AI health tool, Neo, that will hopefully strip out agenda-driven medical fallacies and assertions and offer anyone engaging with it better balanced analysis and advice about their health based on inputs such as personal lab results and other relevant data.
Mark and his technical team have put a huge amount of effort into getting Neo up and running, and it is currently in beta testing.
Neo is currently free to access and if you want to try it out and see if it resonates with you, and perhaps offer some constructive feedback if you have any, please use my link to sign up:
https://t.co/g5C3G0z5ju
It is currently planned that the basic functionality of Neo will remain free to access whilst eventually other, more complex applications and facilities will attract various levels of paid membership.
At a personal level, I sincerely hope Neo will soon complement my own website as a route via which individuals who are looking to fix their health in the manner I did, or who want to ask general questions about any aspects of health and fitness, can arrange one-to-one consults.
Congratulations Mark: it is almost impossible to change things from the top down, so let's hope Neo can help change them from the bottom up!
I want you to look at this chart and tell me what you see.
20 years. Seven diseases. Every single line is going up.
Alzheimer's up 260%. Parkinson's up 150%. Fatty liver up 125%. Diabetes doubled. Obesity up 42%. Cancer up 16%. Heart disease went down then came right back up.
Trillions of dollars. The most expensive healthcare system in human history. And not a single metabolic disease is improving.
Something is causing all of them. The same something. And nobody is stopping it.

Sounds familiar ... Pharma invents a drug or vaccine that does X and then gradually pushes the 'unexpected' other benefits narrative whilst making light of the devastating negative effects that many suffer. Other than in extreme cases, messing around with the body's natural weight control mechanisms is folly. Who knows what the eventual effects of these substances will be on those who have been injected?
The fact of the matter is that the manufacturers of these products couldn't care less about 'side effects' or the consequences ... all they care about is that people are seen to be losing weight and the bottom line of the accounts. The 'added bonus' narratives are just another way to sell more and make more when the main narrative starts to lose momentum.
A reputable editor/journalist with any integrity would see past this charade and dig deep into the company profits, the research funding bias, the research publication bias, the marketing budget, the way trials were conducted, and so forth, and do enough digging to understand how and why over half of the population became obese in a matter of a few decades in the first place ... another story of profit over health.
Weight-loss jabs may be an attractive 'quick fix' ... but it is one that will come back and bite many of those who choose this route over the natural ways to a healthy body. Some folk in extreme circumstances may well need allopathic intervention as the lesser of 2 evils, but the vast majority are just lacking knowledge about how the body manages energy, patience, or a combination of these things.
The study aimed to evaluate the association between the EAT–Lancet diet and the risk of Chronic Kidney Disease. Multiple scoring systems have been invented to evaluate adherence to the EAT-Lancet diet.
Pause for a moment to reflect on that. Some plant-biased researchers invented a diet back in 2019... Following this invention, other ‘researchers’ invented scoring systems to measure adherence to this made up diet. Other ‘researchers’ then use these invented scoring systems to measure adherence to this invented diet and its association with chronic conditions...
This is the current state of nutritional ‘research’.🙄
This issue is always looked at from the wrong perspective. It's not that we don't have enough staff, it's the fact that there is too much demand on the system.
All that is needed to fix this imbalance is to reduce the number of people who are suffering diseases related to metabolic dysfunction, which runs into the many millions in the UK.
It is relatively simple to reverse conditions such as type-2 diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and so forth, for most sufferers, but the sad reality is that the entities that control health policy and education in the UK (and indeed globally) don't want the problem fixed: there is no profit to be made from healthy people.
If I am able to help people cure these ailments perfectly naturally in a matter of months, then there is no reason why the NHS and its doctors and nurses couldn't do exactly the same. The reason they don't is that they are taught complete nonsense about health at their respective med schools and they are constrained in practice by the diktats coming out of the GMC and NMC, orders that are controlled via the revolving doors of Pharma.
We have a choice: we can keep on throwing cash at trying to fight the fires or we can put the fires out before they become uncontainable. Nothing will change, however, until the crooks who oversee and manipulate everything are thrown out on their backsides and people who actually grasp the basics of natural health are allowed to reeducate our healthcare professionals and break them free of their Pharma indoctrination.
One of the many cunning aspects of the covid scam is that its designers knew that anyone content to blindly believe the official narrative through 2020 would also be easy to convince that it was something about the alleged 'virus' that caused any unusual health phenomena amongst the young (and across all ages, of course) that manifested, post-2020. It doesn't matter if it is excess deaths, increased rates of heart attacks, heart problems, or cancer, countless 'sudden deaths' amongst athletes, 'long covid', reduced immune resilience, or whatever else we see playing out, blame will automatically be attributed to some unknown property of 'the virus' or some other 'baffling' cause, rather than considering the bloody obvious.
Not at all worrying to us here in the UK, so one wonders why you are reporting this unfortunate situation in the DR Congo at all? Is it because the 'hantavirus' scam you have been trying to push for a while isn't working quite as well as expected? The overlords not happy with the lack of impact so want you to try a different tack?
How many cases of Ebola have we had in the UK over the past 50 years ... half a dozen maybe? Wouldn't you be better off using your journalists to ask the crooks at the WHO why they are trying to market this as some sort of 'global' threat when it clearly is not, rather than using them to write reports like this, which only add to the WHO's fear mongering nonsense?
Well, who would ever have thought it ... they have invented a pill to take after you have been injected with their jabs for a while and lost all that weight ... but might put it all back on again unless you take the pill ... that's whilst you are dealing with whichever of the multiple 'side effects' you happen to have contracted in the meantime, of course; the Pharma gravy train rolls on.
@JeromeAdamsMD The disability and suffering for millions are very real phenomena ... you are just making the (no doubt intentional) 'mistake' of assigning the wrong cause for the majority of this distress.
