@MichelleNewDay@RahMath48523330 Better benefits than provicial? Not at Canada Post, my benefits don't even cover my diabetic medications. I get glasses every 4 years if they are under $600. Some people are delusional and make assumptions.
@cafreeland Your too condescending, you talk down to Canadians , you take zero accountability, and you are far to arrogant. Canadians pay your wages you are suppose to work for Canadians
@elonmusk@JustinTrudeau Elon your an intelligent man, but at the moment he is, he announced he "Intends to resign" when a new liberal leader is elected, so as much as I am waiting for that day he actually is still Prime Minister.
@VJAguirre1 @Satakarnak@Magadonian36523@PierrePoilievre Canada has lots of oil, Canada also has tons of natural resources, and Canada should build and invest in it's own military and into refining it's own oil, we build vehicles here too, America can impose their tariffs and their are things we can do like the "hydro" " Michigan"
@EhWire@stevenmackinnon It is funny that the postal workers clear the back log in a week and Puralator, canpar, FedEx, UPS could not handle Canada Posts work between them. Funny
@Raine72Parrott @grilledscheese_ Why should workers find new jobs? The unions are paid dues to help workers fight for their rights, to be able to stay at a job, while the employer is held to account by the union. Changing jobs every time an employer acts unfair to their worker is not great on resume.
@spedked82@kahshekt Actually, not all Canada Post employees are paid by the hour. If unions dues are paid for a union to protect workers' rights, why should the workers follow what the union advises? STRIKES never happen at convenient times. No one would care if that was the case.
@ohitsaudreyyy @7JHogs@theRealRobbyLee@cupw It is called Conflict of Interest! Canada Post forced this strike by canceling benefits. They directed buisness from Canada Post over to Puralator they have no intentions of negotiating fairly, but hey blame the workers! Critical thinking not for you I guess
@eccentric_flo Puralator is owned 91% by Canada Post and Canada Posts CEO and chairman of the board are both on Puralator's board of Directors but the public is blaming workers for the strike yet it is the huge conflict of interest molding the whole situation in MHO
@GoodEatsCanada @grilledscheese_ I AM disabled and I work every single day. If anyone thinks the mail carrier position is so easy and the pay and pension and benefits are so fantastic, come apply when the strike is over. We are always understaffed!
