Part 2 of the @JWMarriott hotel horrible experience. The housekeeper didn’t want to do her job and lied to me and said she needed to get more pillowcases and would return and never did. What was needed was a duvet & cover to complete the service .

Today we had the worst experience as guest of the @Marriott @DesertSprings Villa.
This has been our 3rd year coming for vacation and this experience was so unnecessary.

All we needed was for the linen on the bed to be changed. They offer a tidy housekeeping service now. WTH??

Part 5 of the @JWMarriott experience. The security guard was very accusatory and had already formed his opinion of us based off of what the housekeeper had said. This situation is very unfortunate and totally uncalled for. We are consumers who expect quality customer service.

Part 4 of the @JWMarriott experience. The security guard asked my husband to come out to talk to him, and at that time he accused my husband of being rude based off of what the Houskeeper had told him. When it was all a lie. Why would we be rude to her ?

Part 3 of the @JWMarriott experience. We get knock at the door and it was security stating that the housekeeper was upset and crying and she lied and said that we were rude to her. When in reality, she’s the one that that was rude from the moment, I opened the door.
