It looks like Ronn Owens and Jan Black/Elizabeth Naylor not only failed to file their taxes in 2023 and 2024, but also have a history of filing with the U.S Tax Court, which is a federal trial court designed to resolve disputes between taxpayers and the IRS. Ronn and Jan have cases in the U.S. Tax Court in 1991, 1992, 2013, and 2015.
It is hard not to notice their longstanding pattern of turning to litigation when they believe they’ve been wronged. Even now, in the midst of their pending foreclosure, they are threatening their mortgage company with violations related to not providing them with options related to a loan modification for their delinquent mortgage.
This family spent decades portraying themselves as victims and pursued legal action against individuals (even their family), and government entities. Laura appears to have carried that same mindset into her own life - repeatedly framing herself as the victim, even when the evidence and court findings ultimately contradicted her claims.

@LadyColinCampb Sending loving thoughts your way on the loss of your sweet, little, furry companion. Pets really helped get me through some of my darkest moments. They love us unconditionally, don’t they? Mickie is a beauty! I pray you find comfort in the many memories you shared with her.
