As an opinion, I do not think it was Charlie's intent for her to have taken over in the first place. I believe we will eventually see evidence the clip where Charlie appointed his wife to head the org in his absence was AI manipulated.

If TPUSA would choose to release the full context clip and metadata, that would do much to destroy Candace's credibility based on her claim about the vid.
It would also provide more context for the odd decision by Erika to take over at TPUSA despite being the widow.
