Through 9/29/20 the Ft Zumwalt School District has had roughly 500 students quarantine, 2 of which were later diagnosed w/COVID (according to DAO).

@CoachFzfb This is political, from the beginning they told us we would all eventually get exposed. Like all viruses it is not going away, wearing masks will not stop the virus. Only a vaccine and like the flu it will still comes back every year. Let's stop living in fear
I have an honest question for the St. Charles County Health Department: is wearing a mask effective or not? If it is, why is this factor not considered when deciding who does (or does not) have to quarantine from school? And if not, why are masks mandatory in school?
There’s no reason the option to participate in the exciting school events we all look forward to shouldn’t be given to students who feel safe to do so. It is unfair that we have to give so many things up our senior year just to please the few who are actually worried...
