Think I've finished setting up the Stream Deck. Now it's mostly OBS tech stuff I believe?
I'm so certain there's some backend stuff I'm forgetting, so you all might have to forgive me if something isn't working as intended. It's been a minute. 😅
Model Tracking: Set Up
Toggle Hotkeys: Ready
OBS: Getting There
Progress!!!
I'll be talking about the holdup when I stream next if anyone is interested
Otherwise your regularly scheduled program should be back up and running soon!
People are upset that AI-generated artists are appearing on VGen, and that the platform doesn't seem to care about human artists.
However, I should point out that I’ve seen posts more than once advertising "Giveaway: Two VGen codes!" Just a reminder: this rules from VGen
The layering in general is fine and while suddenly changing layers can be jarring, my main concern is that being grouped isn't a 100% foolproof method to protect from being separated from someone. I shouldn't be standing in the same spot as my party member and not see them.
Where did everyone go? WoW Forever players are fed up with layering, which can make friends vanish between zones and disrupt world PvP. Players want Blizzard to step in before Azeroth starts feeling empty.

@PlayOverwatch D.mon's was almost worth getting, but the green sword effects on a bright pink sword kind of ruin it for me with how much of the screen it takes up in-game while swinging. Anyone else?
Gonna be honest, I was trying out the new D.mon skin because I do love the black-pink palette, but I'm super disappointed that the effects are still her usual green glow. Swinging a pink sword should create pink effects, no? It's one of the things you'll be seeing the most.
@Aurora_09_W If money is changing hands then yes, both parties need to be professional. Being freelance doesn't mean being free to do whatever you please without consequences and commissioning someone doesn't mean you own their time until it's complete. Or at least it shouldn't.
Anyway I hate talking about artist drama stuff on here because my artists and riggers have been amazing but we really gotta stop pretending like some artists don't behave like it's a paid hobby rather than a job they need to be professional about or that criticism is cruelty
@olivinearc I once sent this absolute masterpiece to an artist to explain a pose I wanted with a whip. Turned out exactly right. A stick figure really will do!
@Nephilieme Also, in the VTubing sphere at least, pissing off an artist that's more popular than you by "asking for too much" (read: more effort than they wanted to put in) has straight up gotten people ostracized before, so working with popular artists comes with inherent anxiety.
@Nephilieme Speaking from experience, my main reasons have previously been: lack of spine on my part, limited revision allowance, degrading quality with each revision, already long wait times for important pieces/having to micromanage the commission, and in one case I just wanted to be done.
Ngl I think the people making fun of the "mobile game guy" or whatever are just being assholes. Dressmaker is a creative game. Let the dude be creative?? Doesn't matter if you think he's doing it "wrong" as long as he's having fun and not mocking the game. Leave him alone.
love it when the pharmacy runs out of the best meds that have ever worked for me that i just started taking and now i'm making these pathetic whimpering-wooing sounds every time i get a wave of The Bad Feeling when i just finally experienced The Good Feeling
