Also managed to get out on an 8 miler yesterday up the mountains with the pooch. Such a nice change from road running, but the hills are killers! 😂

5th consecutive day on the treadmill. Starting to really enjoy it again. Weight coming down along with my times. Be a runner in no time 😂

1st week back on it. 6 lb off & feeling so much better. Had an extra spring in my step on the treadmill tonight. 6km & felt great

12 hour shift in work followed by a 5 mile run! Feeling it today. Early night is definitely on the cards! 😂

Ran with a few friends the last few days. Why is it so much easier to run with friends than on your own? Must be a mind thing

A few too many beers tonight, so a day off any exercise... Did manage to go to the cinema with the little people though 🙂

Too icy & cold to get out this morning so an hour on the turbo it is.. Maybe a run later or maybe a beer.. Let's see how the day goes!
