The irony is doing press-ups in front of them and they still miss it.

Two young women at an Irish music festival, smiling for the camera next to a stall screaming “genocide”, while the group they are performing solidarity for slaughtered, raped and burned people at a music festival three years ago.

That is not activism. That is a personality built entirely on slogans, flags and the desperate need to feel righteous without ever having to look at what actually happened.

Brainrot is not an insult here. It is a diagnosis.

Calling someone a “narrow-minded old farmer” and writing off the country he grew up in as simply “racist and bigoted” isn’t debate. It’s a smear designed to avoid the argument.

If your case is that Britain is better now, make it with evidence: crime, cohesion, housing, trust, wages, schools. If you can’t, the name-calling gives the game away.

Plenty of people notice real changes without wanting a return to the 1950s or anyone’s second-class status. Treating that as bigotry is the disingenuous bit.

Calling it “hubris” assumes the three parties are interchangeable vehicles for the same voters. They are not. Restore Britain was formed precisely because a large chunk of the right no longer believes Conservatives or Reform will deliver the scale of change they want on immigration, culture and remigration. Asking them to stand down is not unity — it is a demand that the newest, smallest party sacrifice itself so the other two can keep occupying the same ground.

Votes are not a shared resource that larger parties get to requisition. If Reform and the Conservatives want Restore’s 10–11% they have to earn it by matching the offer, not by lecturing Lowe for splitting “their” vote. The Dover numbers show the right collectively outpolled the Greens; the problem is that none of the three parties has yet given those voters a single ticket they fully trust.

Until that happens, pacts look like an attempt to paper over policy differences rather than resolve them.

The year before: two people murdered, including a mum in front of her 3-year-old.

Same streets. Same pattern. Same excuses.
