COMPLAINT REGARDING WORKPLACE ABUSE,
WAGE THEFT, AND UNLAWFUL DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY

This statement reports a serious and systematic case of workplace abuse, which occurred aboard the Celebrity Eclipse @CelebrityCruise , operated by Royal Caribbean Group @RoyalCaribbean @RoyalCaribPR @NewsfromRCgroup , involving undue pressure, mistreatment, harassment, psychological violence, abuse of authority, and coercion, aimed at forcing the employee’s resignation, concealing labor violations, and avoiding financial obligations, through deliberate false allegations regarding job performance.

Falsification of working hours and overtime fraud

The employee was repeatedly pressured by his direct manager to falsify time records, reporting fewer hours than actually worked, under threats and coercion, in order to:

Avoid payment of actual working hours.
Avoid payment of overtime hours.
Manipulate internal performance metrics.

This constituted a systematic practice, amounting to wage theft and labor fraud, enforced through hierarchical intimidation.

False performance allegations as a coercive tool

These falsifications were later used against the employee through false and unsupported claims of poor performance, without objective evaluations or due process, serving solely as a pretext to impose disciplinary measures and force resignation.

Unlawful deprivation of liberty and security involvement

At the moment the resignation was forced, the employee was unlawfully deprived of his liberty, confined inside a cabin, prevented from leaving, and guarded by security personnel, being treated as if he were a criminal or slave, without any legal justification.

Resignation obtained under coercion

The alleged resignation was not voluntary, but obtained through coercion, threats, confinement, security surveillance, and false accusations, rendering any signed document legally invalid.

It is expressly stated, and documentary evidence exist, clearly demonstrating:

Pressure to falsify working hours.
Non-payment of actual and overtime hours.
Threats and coercion.
Unlawful confinement and security involvement.

This evidence has been preserved and keep safe. To the next legal steps.

Let us share this for the purpose of ensuring that cases like this are never allowed to happen again—cases that come dangerously close to inhumane treatment and labor exploitation.

This is not safe and worst place to work.
