We are deeply saddened by the passing of Honorable Ruhweza Sylas Atwooki, the Information Minister for Tooro Kingdom. As we reflect on his legacy, we hold his family in Prayer. Hon. Sylas was young but very innovative and passionate towards serving his Kingdom. His passing is a big loss to Tooro Kingdom and the Youth at large. RIP Sylas.
