@Theholisticpsyc Sorry but no. This dilutes what it means to be truly traumatised by one’s upbringing. It’s not a competition – but the crippling lifelong impact of narcissistic/psychopathic abuse is not the same as having had a loving-but-imperfect parent, who self-reflected and made amends.
