Zelensky effectively confirms that Ukraine’s overnight attack on the Moscow region involved cruise missiles, apparently for the first time. Suspected wreckage of a Flamingo cruise missile (which Russia has alleged is really British-designed) has also reportedly been found 20–25km from central Moscow.

He also named the new Pelican ballistic missile among the weapons used, although so far there appears to be no evidence that a Pelican reached Moscow.
