@pathofexile Y'all banned me for refunding my original purchase on steam to rebuy and take advantage of the 50% off sale, as a first time player this is a horrible first impression.

For almost twelve years, we have had the joy and honor to explore the Destiny universe with you all. Through all the ups and downs, surprises and triumphs, building Destiny alongside our players has been a monumental privilege. While our love for Destiny 2 has not changed, it has become clear that after The Final Shape, we have reached the time for our shared worlds, and Destiny, to live beyond Destiny 2.
As our focus turns towards a new beginning for Bungie, we will begin work incubating our next games. To that end, on June 9, 2026, we will release the final live-service content update for Destiny 2 to begin that new journey as a studio.
Though active development may be concluding, we will ensure that Destiny 2 remains playable, just as the original Destiny is today. Many changes in this final update will aim to ensure that Destiny 2 is a welcoming place for players to return to.
We’re proud of Destiny 2, the places it took us, and the legacy it has created. Because of you all, our universe is vast, built on years of shared stories, adventures, and victories. From the Cosmodrome to the Pale Heart to the Lawless Frontier, we have forged life-long memories and friendships with you all.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made that journey with us.
From the deepest part of our hearts, thank you, and we'll see you in the stars.
The situation around Marathon has been so weird dude. It’s the best shooter I’ve played in years but sadly the majority of people don’t want to play it. I don’t know man this sucks. The truth is I’ll be pretty bummed out if this game goes away. I just want this game to exist man
Gamers, pay attention—this hypocrisy is next-level.
The same woke crowd and gaming “journalists” who tried to twist Capcom’s Pragmata—a genuinely wholesome sci-fi story about a strong father figure protecting a child-like android, found family, and emotional survival—into some creepy, perverted narrative…
…are the exact same people praising Sony’s Saros and its heavy-handed DEI/WEF slop: a story that demonizes the male protagonist, celebrates him getting cucked, and glorifies his wife ditching him for a black lesbian crew member.
They turn good into evil and evil into good.
A positive dad figure? Problematic.
A narrative pushing identity politics and broken families? “Brave storytelling.”
Classic.
Fellow gamers, notice the pattern yet?

Bungie is in trouble.
So @Bungie is the biggest game company supporting the just indicted Southern Poverty Law Center.
The SPLC is accused of defrauding donors by directly funding leaders of these hate groups including the Ku Klux Klan.
They set up elaborate shell corporations to funnel the money.
The FBI alleges funds were use to create more hate crimes.
You can figure out the scam from here:
- Raise money to "fight" hate groups
- Fund hate groups to create real crime
- Use crimes as evidence to raise more money.
The SPLC was the real hate organization all along.
Bungie was the loudest, most vocal supporter of the SPLC, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions for the group:
- Direct financial grants to the SPLC
- Annual BLM "Be Heard" player event to sell pins to fund the SPLC.
- Charity events and streams to raise money for the SPLC via the Bungie Foundation.
- Game2GGive campaigns that also supported SPLC
Bungie has some explaining to do.
The SPLC was a classic shake-down organization that painted groups as hate groups and forced their way into all the "safety" teams of major social media, including Old Twitter.
This gave them power to advise who got de-platformed, who got de-boosted, and who got banned and to help set speech policies.
This is who Bungie was supporting. This is who they fell for.
Bungie must immediately and publicly cut ties to the SPLC.
You shouldn't complain about "haters," Bungie simply doesn't deserve success. They dropped the ball and ultimately killed the best thing they've ever created, they don't deserve to have "the next best thing."
