I brought HK allure portable wireless speaker with Alexa from Amazon on 17th January 2020. After 5 months of usage, the device suddenly stopped working. Now it just doesn't start. It is charging once connected to charger but device is non functional.under warranty

Poor Refund policy of Amazon, AirIndia, Cleartrip for flight bookings. Everyone keep bouncing off complaints as nobody wants to refund for flight cancellation done by airline!! Looks like Consumer forum is the only saviour!!

After tweeting on 6 May - failure of ICICI bank to refund 6000inr after a failed amazon transaction and was never refunded after repeated request, i got a call only to realise I will be getting another call from icici since it was current ac where amount was debited

After trying to get refund of 6000 for a failed transaction, I'am forced to tweet about unprofessional behaviour of ICICI. Even after 2 months of money being deducted, I am unable to get refund. God knows how many failed transaction money is still lying unclaimed
