I was thinking about this just yesterday. We have emotional reactions to the selfish, greedy behaviors of others that hurt us and third parties as well. Sometimes we know exactly what we are reacting to. Most of the time, we don't. But we feel it. We react by feeling bad, low, and depressed. This is an alternative idea about what depression might actually be.
One possible lesson: Our actions affect others, if everyone worked on this point and considered how they affect others, perhaps this is how 'depression' could be alleviated?
I feel like I learned a lot from the book, Zhuan Falun, available for free at https://t.co/dYOCb0MtuL I hope you can read it too.
@DawnsMission Smoking was 'good' for you in the 50's. People have known about Tylenol for a long time, but they still sell it. It is really just 'buyer beware'. Unaware buyers will not hesitate to partake.
