@AsdaServiceTeam I placed an order which was due to be delivered today between 11-12am. Apparently the driver arrived at 11:15 and just waited outside without pressing the bell for the concierge to let him in. At 11:20 and then cancel the order. What sort of service is this there

@AldiUK Why do Aldi advertise special buys everywhere when they do not have the stock in store? I went to the store this morning to purchase a cooling fan. Only 5 were delivered to the store, ‘apparently’! 2main purchase them. So unless the staff has kept them this is a joke.

@AldiUK hi, I visited your store this morning in NW9 Kingsbury to purchase the cooling fan I was told that the lady that deals with the special buys does not Start for the next 1/2 so I should come back later. I decided to visit another store to see if they have the item

I then returned to the original store I visited to see if the special buys when now on the shelf they were not when I answer member of staff they said that none stock was received. I then saw another member of staff I was told they have to tidy the area first so the specialbuy

Will not be out until around 12 lunchtime and again, there’s no guarantees that the item is in stock. Why have special buys if they are not available already to purchase when the store opens

@British_Airways One family member can no longer travel as my aunt it now critically ill (end of life) I’ve been told that BA can’t move my daughter into my room which is maximum 3 occupancy room. I will need to contact the hotel abroad to request this
