There shouldn't be ambiguous terms in sports rule books, because now it all depends on one man's opinion of what a natural run looks like. This would be fine if it were the same man reffing every game, but that's obviously not the case.

@Spelt_D_o_n_a_l @The_Third_Kit This would've been a penalty last season I'm sure, but just looked up the current definition of the law and it's been changed to allow 'natural running'.

I was surprised it wasn't given, as his arm is away from his body, but given the interpretation of the rule, can't complain.

Last season he was let off because he was scoring a screamer every few games.

Created the least big chances in the league and yet constantly caught out on the counter. Ridiculous.

@30YearsRed We've created the least amount of big chances in the league thus far this season. Not just down to the midfield of course, but that's still hugely indicative how how slow and indecisive they are.

If his attempt at a first touch is an intricate manoeuvre such as a flick-on or a turn around whilst heavily marked against a low block, that's a lot more difficult than receiving the ball in acres of space. It's natural to be dispossessed more often.
