@TroyPSilva listened to your podcast on kids playing to much baseball throughout the year. With that said, do you think colleges recruit athletes or baseball players?
@Bickley_Marotta@JarrettGC with baseball season postponed, what is your all star lineup of current players? What is your all time lineup past and present?
Listened to the @BaseballAmerica podcast today while on a run. Would be interested to here peopleโs thoughts on the draft, juniors and seniors receiving this year back, and high school seniors coming into programs. @Ben_Upton5@11point7
@11point7 It means that rankings mean nothing. I.E. ASU losing again last night to Oklahoma State 2-1. Thatโs a 22 over an 8. ASU is ranked in the top ten but has yet to beat a top 25 team.
Best part about rankings for college baseball is that they mean....nothing. How is one team ranked 1 in a pole but 8 in another. Simply... rankings are of opinion and bias.@Ben_Upton5@11point7
@KevinMcCabeFSAZ DV coach not only stopped a bigger issue for school, district, and team but for individual students. Parents/players donโt think about the legal charges they may face with punches thrown.
@KevinMcCabeFSAZ have umpired baseball for years, both high school and club. Like coaching, itโs not the players that make you leave, itโs the parents.
@Ben_Upton5 I agree it depends on the situation. I believe it is a lost art to the game and with it in your pocket you at least put the thought in the defensive of it could happen. Others feel it is just giving outs away.
@Ben_Upton5 I have talked to many coaches about the topic of bunting. All of the answers very, especially when it comes to what level of play (high school, college, pros) whatโs your take?
