@TrebbisTess @creyn69 @CardPurchaser Just in general a poor grade can only add a visible and permanent flaw to be seen or recorded forever, while rarity cannot be increased further. Don't "grade" rarity. Authenticate only.

@PokeTeeJay It's their choice not to put it on the shelf. They are told not to but I have yet to see the pokemon police cars roll up to arrest anyone. LCS " can" .... but they don't due to fear that doesn't exist..
