@demon_sil1 @PokemonContexts Only in the Legends games. In Sw/Sh/Sc/Vi Raichu has Pikachu's entire learnset in memory though, and you can just go to a center (Sw/Sh) or choose to remember an old move from the menu (Sc/Vi).

Granted, the only move Raichu really needed to relearn was Thunderbolt.
