@Diana_1120jw XRP will always be the preferred asset for most countries over a stable coins overtime because any stable coin or currency on the XRP ledger can be halted or clawed back. XRP can’t be halted or Clawed back. A country like Russia would use XRP and hold XRP over dollars.
