@MackayBets@BridgesIsBetter@JeffSmi45120822@Kyle_Odegard Again while I think Kyler is good, being in a situation where the money is FULLY guaranteed is horrible, any injury or off field situation and suddenly you are paying above average price for the next two years. Also think to yourself why Min only paid him the vet minimumπ€
@BridgesIsBetter@MackayBets@JeffSmi45120822@Kyle_Odegard Sorry I didnβt explain it well, the 35mill is already owed(dead cap), we saved an additional 80 million(through 26-28) witch would be fully guaranteed and an additional 5 million this year, again nothing against kyler but it would be an abysmal financial decision to keep him
@BridgesIsBetter@JeffSmi45120822@Kyle_Odegard His contract would have destroyed us if we did, if we kept him past June 1st his money would be locked in through 2027 - effectively a two year 50 million commitment
@MHJera_ I kinda dislike the people talk about mhj vs mw, I feel like people donβt realize we can have two good receivers both with different skillsets. The idea that you can only have one alpha receiver is just such a fantasy football mindset to me
@angrycards@PHNX_Cardinals@MemoAzCardenal Not only is he a top 10 LEFT tackle you can also watch the tape, heβs a mauler in the run and stalwart against edges(a lot of tackles are only good at one). This makes him very versatile and even more important going into the future with love and lafluers wide zone scheme.
@angrycards@PHNX_Cardinals@MemoAzCardenal Not only has he proved that he is far and away the best tackle in his class and gets better every year (top 10 for left tackles) but even if he becomes just mediocre his positional value makes him too good to let go, only concern is injury. Might aswell pay him while heβs cheap
@A_Frayed_Mind@marionumber4 The fact you want to call someone retarded while you yourself cannot see through simple irony is truly funny. But by all means pretend to be some sort of intellectual π
