@MrLGeo @TeacherTapp My previous classroom had a 60 inch flatscreen that I (and the students) could mirror. I went back to a whiteboard and projector this year and hated it! Marker never comes off and the room doesn’t get dark enough for the projector.

@jenteach13 The school I’m leaving (which is otherwise a great school, just not a good fit for me) only provides teachers with one ream of copy paper for the year. It is up to them to purchase what they need above and beyond that.

@BowTiedKong Those suggestions started a couple years ago, but don’t let that make you feel obligated. As a teacher, I can tell you that one meaningful gift at the end of the week is better than a “scripted” one each day.
