I was looking through the 13F's for @UiPath and this one caught my eye. I know there is a lot of controversy surrounding this state but if a massive public pension fund that is managing over $90B in assets is willing to invest in $PATH, then so am I.

Here’s what actually matters 👇🏼

First, Jacob did something rare in crypto.
He took full responsibility of Sam Exit. Apologised to affected holders. No excuses.

Now the fix, Locked Stake.

The idea is simple but powerful:
Stake × Lock Time = Conviction Score

The higher your score, the more say you have over a subnet.

No more “I believe in this project” tweets while secretly planning an exit.

You either lock in or you don’t get to lead. 🔒

What this actually solves:
🔴 Sudden rug exits that wipe holder value
🟡 Subnet owners with zero skin in the game
🟢 Trust replaced by math, protocol-level guarantees

Rollout starts on the mature subnets 3, 39, 81 first.

New subnets get a grace period. Then governance activates.

Highest conviction wins subnet ownership. Full stop.

My honest take?
This is the most important structural upgrade $TAO has ever proposed.

Not because it’s perfect, but because it replaces human trust with cryptographic commitment.

The Covenant episode hurt. But it forced exactly this conversation.
