Did you know it’s virtually impossible to fire a black person? I’ve had black people literally clock in every day, do zero work, call in constantly, and mess up everything they bother to touch and HR won’t even let you write them up. One guy even had 20+ sexual harassment and stalking complaints and we couldn’t fire him. Also if you interview a “minority” and don’t give them the job, you’re required to write an extensive explanation as to why. Straight white people? You can fire them without even having a good reason. But we are the ones who get preferential treatment 🤣

I can’t stand the argument, “not all of them are bad people”, as a defense to mass migration. Very few things in this world are universally true across the board. Pointing to exceptions doesn’t address the underlying issue, it simply avoids it. It’s a weak argument that acknowledges neither the problem nor any meaningful solution.
