Disney+ might be migrating the games from the defunct DisneyNOW app into the streaming service.

According to several Disney+ users, a new testing feature named "Games" has showed up featuring the "Spidey and His Amazing Friends" games which used to be on the DisneyNOW app

To clarify the misunderstanding, Nickelodeon’s animation studio and the Burbank studio is still running, just under CBS (Studios’) purview.

Nick’s live action production has been reporting under Paramount since Brian Robbins took over in 2021. Now it’s just consolidated with MTV Entertainment Studios and Skydance TV into the new Paramount TVS.

These changes happened to simplify functions with CBS crew running most of the “legacy” Viacom assets.

Nickelodeon’s production studios no longer exist as standalone entities.

• Nickelodeon Animation Studios merged as a kids and family label under CBS Studios in April 2026
• Nickelodeon Productions (live-action studio) was folded into Paramount Television Studios in October 2025

This move is similar to Cartoon Network Studios being merged with Warner Bros. Animation.
