@vegetableonion@flqndrs@fallen_knight0@evilhazards I mean, the whole game highlights how he had a lot of hangups in regards to a lot of things. A big part of James psychology was that he was consistently making decisions that were terrible for himself and Mary.
@vegetableonion@flqndrs@fallen_knight0@evilhazards His misery was specifically that she was holding him back from being "free". There were obviously a lot of things that James *wanted* to do, but he didn't because of some begrudging loyalty to Mary.
@Fenrirtheicewo1@ChibiGingi So, funny thing, the comics have addressed all of this. The Navi straight up don't need any of this. The live in perfect symbiosis with the planet.
@vegetableonion@flqndrs@fallen_knight0@evilhazards Maria and the nurses were symbolic representations of his repressed sexual desires. James 100% wanted the freedom to sleep with other women, but he didn't act on those desires because of Mary.
@Hennny_TJ@ABFXKILLER@0ba0sama He was blaming the Avengers as a concept, not the group personally. There had to be some acknowledgement of the fact that they could go anywhere and cause irreparable damage without any oversight or consequences. Steve refused to consider the fact that they were dangerous
@flqndrs@fallen_knight0@evilhazards The games make it painfully obvious that James murdered his terminal wife so that he could be free to fuck other women, and he only felt bad about how he treated her *after* he murdered her. Leon might like to drink, but at least he's not a bum ass murderer.
@x_deeps@evilhazards I'm familiar with both Silent Hill and Resident Evil, and I would still pick Leon easily. Regardless of if her felt bad afterwards, James did murder his wife.
@50shadesofsteez@SammyJReacts Well, no. Peter would have been caught in the Voidout during the events of Thubderbolts because he, you know, lives in Manhattan. Bruce, I guess, hangs out around NYC for some reason.
@Centruzi@SLupine6818 It is reasonable to expect people to adhere to basic human decency. Everyone with an ounce of common sense understands that there are questions that are/aren't appropriate to ask someone you don't know.
@DecayingGutzy @SLupine6818 So if he had asked for her credit card information it would have been perfectly fine because she said "ask me anything"?
Let's use some common sense and remember that there are questions that are and aren't appropriate to ask someone that you just met.
@ArcDite@theetro1991@Awk20000 They had the rules changed to limit the amount of high-ranked players you were allowed, then snuck a high-ranked player in on an alt account.
@LeonDVine@TheDarkEnjoyer A "plan" that the entire "community" knew about in advance and yet they still allowed themselves to fall for it. The layup was there for the "community" to completely co-op his win and turn the joke back around on him, but instead they decided to get mad and rage at everyone.
@LeonDVine@TheDarkEnjoyer I would much rather Mouse remain the same kind and respectful person she's always been than have her turn herself into some inauthentic version of herself in order to make the "community" happy.
@LeonDVine@TheDarkEnjoyer Peanut didn't go full mask off until after she had congratulated him which, honestly, fuck him for doing. As far as the other thing is concerned, her simply agreeing to talk to people isn't a crime. It's not her fault for being the better person.
@LeonDVine@TheDarkEnjoyer "Ingratiate herself with people that despise her", and all she did was talk to people at a social event, congratulate someone that beat her in a competition, and tell people to chill out over something that did not matter.
