The parcel was sent early Monday morning, your pamphlets say you deliver in 72 hours max, 96 hours later there was still no guarantee of delivery, in total my client spent R400 for her delivery while it was only supposed to cost her R99

@Aramex I am so disappointed with your service, my client had to use R300 collecting her parcel at your depot that was sitting there for 3 days and the best they could tell us was operations will update us "If" they will able to deliver it" but still they make no guarantees.😪
