Roger swore to Congress he hadn’t, and was charged with perjury since McNamee had needles with Roger’s DNA. He beat the charge but remains out of the Hall of Fane.

@TBarker1853 @td_nash I have nothing against steroids in principle, so this is not an accusation per se. But yes, his body just has that look. Maximum mass, max pump. Similar to Similar to Roger Clemons who was eventually caught for it or Serena Williams who never was. He has that look in this pic.
