I herd nerds into playing along with my nonsense through Pen & Paper RPGs. Sometimes it's called being a Dungeon Master. I've also started blogging recently.
@Lordmatteus2312@pulphummock The Gods of the Forbidden North trilogy is an insane accomplishment and right on the heels of the gorgeous quality hardcovers in a slip case hitting doorsteps now we've got this to look forward to! Been a fan since the Vol 1 crowdfund so let's go around again!
@Lordmatteus2312@DM_Blackwall@Magicianman20 Anyone who isn't out of their mind understands this. Having an AI do an editing pass or generate some filler art that you then may or may not edit is going to be the norm.
@ThatSteveGuy@Lordmatteus2312 If you like Veins of the Earth, there are a couple of releases from @CharlieFergaves along the same lines. Into the Wyrd & Wild and the recently finished Into the Cess & Citadel which tackle woodlands and cities in a similar manner to how Veins approached cave systems.
@itsginnydi I burnt out around 14th level of a 5e campaign that started at 1st. It still dragged on despite my lack of enthusiasm for another few months before I pulled the plug entirely.
In glorious Kentarou Miura fashion things just went on hiatus while the party was traveling by boat.
Huge leak from an insider @Wizards
It's what we feared: the higher ups despise us, the D&D community, and see us only as an "obstacle to their money".
Subs on D&D Beyond are all WotC care about, so I've cancelled mine. Let your voice be heard #opendnd#StopTheSub

Any chance the proper hardcover offset version of the core rules are going to get a reprint/restock on your site any time soon?
The thought of having to buy a PoD copy makes me feel physically ill.
@KoboldPress Preview pictures didn't really do it justice. Cover looks amazing in person. Can really feel the quality of the binding and all that. Everything inside and out just a solid win for this release.
Latest arrivals from LotFP. Gave a quick read through Strict Time Records and it's full of amazing layouts and advice that will make using it at the table so easy. Also just a great premise.
@LotFP The backs of the hand out pages made me laugh. 10/10.
@AAWGames Well I guess my players are going to the Underdark....
Love how the LE Spelunking came out. The mined out look to the font on the front and spine looks so good in gold.
@GMGAshBarker That gut reaction and understanding of the necessity of transparency is why you're on a very very short list of people who's opinions I trust almost implicitly.
Even when you're showing off something you had a hand in you always make sure to mention you have a vested interest.
