Some background the original plans for Inhumans role in Infinity war and Endgame:

The original idea was for them to be in the Infinity War, the Moon/ Attilan was gonna be in it and in true inhuman fashion they would have brought the fight to Thanos instead of waiting for him they would have Delayed Thanos to Wakanda causing the destruction of Attilan. The whole thing changed after Marvel got a deal with Spider-Man which lead them to pivot and introduce Spider-Man in a movie and Change Inhumans into a show ( I’m not sure if the Inhumans were gonna be introduced in IW or this idea is when they pivoted to the show version, if they were introduced in infinity war then the Inhumans movie could have been very different from the show)

(This was during the odd Marvel Entertainment and Marvel Studios corporate restructuring which lead Kevin Feige to have ABC rush the show in time for Infinity war script to start rolling and get everything planed and finalized)

The Inhumans were still planed to play a role but when the Inhumans show failed cause it was rushed, Kevin Feige took them out of the 616 timeline and in turn out of any plans of them being in Infinity War and the MCU
